  • MBA from Pepperdine (highest Thesis grade on "Assisted Living and its Future")
  • Law School education in the Bay area; after 1st yr left due to immoral issues of becoming a lawyer.
  • M.S. in Rural Land Development at UCI; left half way into the program to start his own development co., which he grew to Mid-Eight-Figures. He transitioned to a R.E. Developer after being a Board and Care Owner for 20+ years.
  • Simultaneously, operated five 6-bed homes in San Clemente plus a 49-bed facility in Palm Springs.
  • Built over 900 homes through his development company in three (3) states.
  • Distinguished Board and Care Operator in Orange County, CA for 20+ yrs.
  • Appointed & Served on the Advisory Board of DSS/CCL.
  • Licensed Insurance Broker in six (6) states.
  • 20+ years as a Financial Advisor.
